Logistica Flotă · for haulage companies with 3 or more trucks
Estimate a load's margin before you accept it.
Enter the offer you found on the freight exchange and see the estimated margin after fuel, tolls, driver and truck costs, including empty kilometres to loading. The app also checks whether the load fits the driving schedule entered for the driver, using the rules of Regulation (EC) 561/2006.
PilotPilot available to one haulage partner. Feedback from use is still to come. We have no measured results yet.

Assumptions
- Diesel = all km (loaded and empty) × consumption × price.
- Tolls = all km × an average value per km.
- Driver and truck = cost per day × the days entered.
- It does not include the return trip, unexpected waiting or the cost of money until payment.
This page uses a simple formula, separate from the app. Logistica Flotă calculates on the chosen truck and driver, with estimated distances and the driver's schedule.
What it solves
A fleet owner's morning questions, on one screen.
The exchange price does not tell you what is left after costs.
Enter or paste offers found on Trans.eu, TIMOCOM or Cargopedia. The app ranks them by margin, with empty kilometres, busy truck days and the costs to check.
You promise an unloading time, then find the driver is out of hours.
From the schedule entered for each driver, the app shows remaining daily and weekly driving time, breaks and rest periods, using the rules of Regulation (EC) 561/2006. The result is only as accurate as the schedule entered.
The roadworthiness test, insurance or a driver's certificate expires unnoticed.
Expiring documents, driving time violations, drivers due to return home (Mobility Package) and unpaid invoices, in order of urgency.
Loads, invoices and payments live in Excel, WhatsApp and a notebook.
Trips by status, trucks and trailers, drivers, customers with payment terms, and income and cost reports. Works on a phone.
How it works
Three steps before you answer an offer.
Set up your fleet once
Costs per km and per day, trucks and where they become free, drivers and their documents. Trucks can be imported from a spreadsheet.
Add offers from the exchange
Type or paste them. For the chosen truck, the app estimates the margin and busy days and checks the fit with the driver's entered schedule.
Decide and follow the trip
Accept the right offer and the trip stays on your list through CMR, invoice and payment.
Availability
What the app does not do yet.
- It is not a navigation tool: no truck maps, live traffic or updated road restrictions.
- It does not connect to freight exchanges. Offers are typed or pasted in.
- It does not read tachograph files (.DDD) yet. Driver schedules are entered by hand.
- Distances, tolls and times are estimates. The decision stays with the dispatcher.
Questions
What hauliers ask us.
Do I need GPS or telematics?
No. The app works with what you tell it: where the truck becomes free, the driver's schedule and your costs.
Can I use it now?
The pilot is currently available to one haulage partner. Tell us about your fleet and we will let you know when we can take on more participants.
What fleet size is it for?
We built it for fleets of 3 trucks or more, where choosing loads and tracking drivers no longer fits in one person's head.
How much does it cost?
There is no public price yet. We will set it after the pilot.
Want to use it for your fleet?
Tell us how many trucks you run, which exchange you use and how you choose loads today.
